This client entrusted us with negotiated and judicial debt recovery. We therefore made contact with its defaulting clients to identify the reasons for non payment, possibly start proceedings and agree payment schedules. Should the debtors not be conscientious about paying, legal proceedings are instigated in order to obtain an order to pay the unpaid invoices in addition to late payment penalties, statutory interest, any termination damages, article 700 NCPC costs and full costs. Then we track enforcement trough our network of process servers having taken care beforehand to locate any sources of assets to limit avoidance tactics.
